Troubleshoot Internet Explorer 7 cannot display the web page
If you are unable to view a Web site that had an error message that appear as the following screen shot. Click on the Diagnose Connection Problems link.

It will bring up the next network diagnostics tool to help you continue with the troubleshooting steps. Click on the next button.

It detects that my system contain both wired and wireless connections. Select your connections that you are using.

My connection is wireless and after the diagnostic test it shows the list of wireless router. Select your SSID and click on next.

The tools detects an issue and suggest the next steps to perform to continue with the troubleshooting steps. It suggest to turn off and then on the modem or router. I did what was suggested and waited for about 3 minutes and then click on the next button.

The troubleshooting steps successfully restored the Internet connectivity again.
