Get background image in your drive
open notepad-->paste this:


[{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}]
iconarea_image=C:WINDOWSWebWallpaperBliss.bmp
iconarea_text=0x00FFFFFF


then save this file as desktop.ini.

NOW save this file in starting of drive -- for eg:C:
